我在中国期间

我在中国期间为我的“价值标记”文本撰写的条款旨在使世界各地的人们能够以某种方式免费使用我的版权文本，使街头巷尾的人们能够获得收入来满足他们最重要的需求，使创意工作者能够创造新的设计/产品，并开设商店销售作品（我的文本已在版权数据库中注册）。请阅读这些条款以了解具体操作方法。

我已将我的英文“价值标记”文本翻译成多种语言，并免费向我在旅途中遇到的人们分发了一些，以分享我所信奉的人文价值观和态度，并作为一种友好姿态。这并非商业行为。

我没有商务签证，因此在中国期间不会从事任何商业活动。这仅涉及我所拥有的权利，并且这些条款规范了这些权利的国际使用。我在中国期间绝对不会违反中国的法规或法律。

如果有人想使用我的作品在中国开展业务，无论是价值标记还是日历持有者，我首先需要获得中国公民的邀请，然后申请商务签证。到目前为止，还没有人邀请我，而且在我逗留期间，我当然也没有和这里的任何人做过生意，因为我没有商务签证。

我现在不出售文本，也不将其用作付款方式。

My stay in China

Terms I have written for my valuemark texts during my stay in China are intended to enable people around the world to use my copyright texts in some ways for free, to enable people on the street to get an income to cover their most important needs, to enable creative workers to create new designs/products and shops to sell the works (my texts are registered in copyright databases). Read the terms to see how.

I have translated my English valuemark texts into several languages, and have handed out some for free to people I have met on my way for sharing human value and attitudes I believe in and as a friendly gesture. This is now not business.
I do not have a business visa and therefore will not do business during my stay in China. This only concerns the rights I have and the terms regulate their international use. I certainly will not violate Chinese rules or laws during my stay in China.

If someone wants to do business in China using my work, either with value mark or calendar holder, I first need to get an invitation from a Chinese citizen and then apply for a business visa. So far, no one has invited me and during my stay, I certainly have not done business with anyone here, as I do not have a business visa.

I do now not sell texts and do not use them as a kind of payment.
