Calendar/Notes Holder design for office/home "90 degree" PC monitors

2-week planners with Valuemark texts on top to take notes to be used with the calendar holders can be useful for testing out the product:

I designed and made the calendar holder for PC screens some years ago and own a design patent in the European union. I made this product because I thought it would be practical to have a monthly calendar on top of my PC screen that I could take reminding notes on. From own use I can say it is a helpful and a good product and a good supplement to cellphones and other products that help remember things. It can be used on top of PC monitors with 90 degree angle.
Two sided tape is used under the feet to fasten the holders to the top of the PC screen. That can be done manually after production with a standard foam tape bought from for example a construction supply store.

To produce a high number at low cost in plastic in for example China an investment in a mold of 1000 Euro or more is needed.
My design right covers all countries in European union. Samples in another material for trying out can be ordered from a local business in your country.

Protected design traits

The design right covers the areas of the product that are not drawn with stiplets. Other designs with same "lines" as in this design
will be in conflict with it. 

 

Unknown demand

I have not tried to sell the product to offices so demand for this product is uncertain. This was the first product of its kind made.

Commission for use of the design

1. You do not need to contact me  to produce and sell the product but 10% commission of the amounts you sell the product for must be paid to my paypal account 28746206@ya.lv within 60 days after the sale.
Half of the amount (50% of the amounts received) will be paid to an account for "good purposes" for example to persons or who has a need for extra income to survive and/or to measures that can give work in the local community I live in.

2. 10% commission of the amounts you or your business sell the product for must be paid to a foundation that helps persons that have a need for extra income in a way to survive in the local area of the buyer of the product.   

You do not need to reveal your identity but a receipt for the commission and sale should then also be sent to my email address 28746206@ya.lv (for income/tax reasons).
