I live in Dzintaru iela 82 in Liepaja and I am daily victim of harassment by people committing crime against my privacy and private space. They speak through the ceiling and walls and may be an enemy of NATO. People who commit these crimes live in apartment 35. ill words sometimes also comes from apartment 31 and 33. I live in apartment 32. 
This information has been reported to police several time but police has done nothing. 

There also is a problem with corrupt people connected to my computer 24/7. One or more of them are probably linked somehow to the persons in the apartment over. 

It is needed that they are stopped. Because they have not been I assume the problem is a corrupt NATO and corrupt police.
